Baso Tahu

Made baso tahu today for dinner and I have to write down the recipe here before I forget.

- 300gr minced meat (chicken, pork, etc)
- 200gr prawns, minced
- 3 stalks spring onion, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cube chicken block
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp tapioca starch
- pepper
- sesame oil, 1 tsp or 1 tbsp will do
- 2 big square tofu, cut diagonally into 8 triangles
- 1 cabbage
- wanton/siew may skin

This makes 8 pieces of tofu (obviously), and about 10 cabbage rolls and 12 siew may. Enough for 3 - 4 people with normal appetite.
